Shipping and handling costs
Due to the fact that our articles are purchased through the Internet, can not be prematurely tried and purchased website invisible, we have developed the following return and exchange policy for customer service purposes. We hope that you are satisfied with your choice. If for any reason you are not happy with your pick, our return and exchange policy is as follows:

For returns:
Items can be returned for a refund or exchange with 7 days of the date of purchase. But the reason for return caused by yourself (eg size, color you choose) can not be accepted. Return can be returned within 7 days upon receipt, all items returned will never be used and in new condition. All returned packages must be insured. How to return the right items for a refund: all returned items are subject to a 5% bank processing fee and shipping charges. Buyers are always responsible for the shipping charges. For stock exchanges:
We accept only exchange for new and never used items with all accessories and packaging. Please send the items within 7 days of receipt. All return packages must be insured, exchanges will be sent out within 5-7 days once the return has been received. Buyers are always responsible for the shipping charges.

Important NOTE:
1. Although we provide 100% problem-free return policy, considering the time and money that consumes, we certainly appreciate if you can clear all your questions and concerns before placing your order.
2. Please contact our customer service first to get the return address.
3. We are not responsible for losing, if the returned package is lost during shipment, original postal document must be received to claim the compensation.
